This is the kind of tool that turns the end of the day into ten quiet minutes just for you. How to use

1. Start with a clean face and two pumps of the Get Ready Bi-Phase Face Oil.
2. Hold the tool almost flat to your skin (about 15 degrees) and glide the blade upward from your neck and jaw toward your ears, then outward from the centre of your face to your temples.
3. Gently roll the rotating tip under your eyes, from the inner corners out toward your temples.
4. Finish by sweeping the blade from your brows up to your hairline.
5. Wash, dry thoroughly and store somewhere cool and dry.

As a sculpting ritual
Apply a serum, oil or moisturiser first to give the tool a smooth glide. Then gently sweep the gua sha across your skin with light pressure, moving outward and upward.

As part of your morning or evening routine
Use it for a few minutes in the morning to help skin look fresher, more awake and more defined before the day begins, or in the evening as a calming wind-down.
